We kicked off the first meeting of the new club year with a luncheon and talk from NPC Area Director Carol Mooney about "Today's Sororities." Members learned about how recruitment has changed in the last 5-10 years, what challenges chapters are facing with recruitment and retention, and the challenges that Greek Life is facing across the country as well as on campuses that do not recognize Greek Life. We also are delighted to share that we have been awarded the "Excellence in Programming Award" from NPC for the 5th year in a row!
